I participated in protests and served two days in jail (in August and November 2020).
In 2021 I left for Ukraine, but after the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation I moved to the Czech Republic. There I applied for international protection.
Lo and behold, I was recently rejected.
I think the problem is that the Czech authorities do not have a full understanding of the lawlessness that is going on in our country. And also that Belarus is a co-aggressor in this war.
I decided to appeal the decision through the court.
Firstly, I have a rather large set of documents that confirm that I cannot return safely to Belarus. Secondly, I hope to change the attitude towards Belarusians and by my example to make it easier for them to get political asylum in the Czech Republic.
Therefore, I hired a lawyer and collected documents. We drew up an application and sent it to the court.
The collection is anonymous because my relatives are now in Belarus and I fear for their safety.
