Hello, my name is Luiza. I am the sister of political prisoners, Pipia Timur and Pipia Tamaz. On September 25th they were detained. When they were detained, they were tortured, physically and mentally, they were threatened with violence against their loved ones. My brothers Tamaz and Timur Pipiy are suspected of committing a crime under part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code (organization of mass riots). Timur is also charged under part 2 of article 342 and article 364.
