In May 2021 I was convicted of participating in a rally. This time for a promotion I wasn't at — I was working. The judge was not confused by the phone billing (location), or witnesses, or even the video of me being in another place at the time of my detention “according to the protocol”.
The court ordered me to pay a fine of 5,800 rubles. I was arrested several times, there were both 24 hours and fines. I haven't asked for help before, but this time I can't cope on my own. In the reasoning part of the judge indicated the time of detention, which I indicated the correct time in court. It was an hour later than in the protocol.
As proof, I even took a video that shows me in and out of the store much later than the time of detention according to the protocol.
Relying on my words and considering them correct, the judge ignored the protocol and said that there was no reason to believe that something was made up in the protocol.
Nothing new, though.
