Despite a second disability group, severe heart surgery and a stroke, “judge” Andrei Bychilo was sentenced to two years in prison for a smiley face under a cartoon of Lukashenko published on “Odnoklassniki.” Prosecutor Ilya Guzarevich acted as a state prosecutor at the trial. In his last statement, the political prisoner stated:
“Any prison term for me is death, because I have to be under constant medical supervision, take a lot of strong drugs. I may not last even a month.
