On May 11, 2022, I was detained under article 342 part 1. My husband was convicted under the same article and then detained on May 23, 2022.
I spent four months in pre-trial detention facility # 1. During that time our family had to spend huge sums on legal services. My husband was sent to Gomel for “chemo” by court order. I had a forensic medical examination, from which it was concluded that I was insane and a threat to society.
On September 13th I was placed in a mental hospital for compulsory in-patient treatment. On December 30 I was transferred to outpatient compulsory treatment by court order. Then I was fired from my job because I was on the list of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as an “extremist. At the moment I need financial help to restore my health and urgently evacuate from the country. I would be very grateful to anyone who would express support.
