In October 2020, I was detained for seven days under Article 23.34, “Violation of the Procedure for Organizing or Conducting Mass Events.” But they wouldn't let me go after a week. As a result, the Leninski District Court of Minsk sentenced me to serve three years in an open-type correctional facility. However, the administration of the institution considered me a “malicious violator” and transferred me to the colony for six months.
After I was released I remained under supervision. Police officers visit me and check my phone. I also have to check myself.
Because of all this history I was expelled from the college. And now I'm having a hard time finding a job to provide for my housing, basic necessities, and to pay off my lawyer's debt.
