Evgeny Barovsky, being near Pushkinskaya metro station on October 11, was caught on video and already on October 15 was detained. After that, he was beaten by officers of GUBOPIK. He was charged under articles 364 and 342 of the Criminal Code. At the moment he is already sentenced to 4 years in prison and obliged to pay moral compensation to the riot policemen in the amount of 3,000 rubles. We are also facing a civil trial.
