In 2020, like many others in Belarus, I became actively involved in the political life of the country. I participated in meetings of local activists, helped organize pickets to collect signatures and meetings of voters. I also participated in the organization of fund-raising to help the victims of politically motivated persecution (to pay the fines, stay in TDFs, lawyer's fees, etc.).
At the same time, I was also convicted under the notorious Article 23.34 part 1. Some time later I lost my job, having been fired at the behest of the authorities. Recently I was told by the FID that a criminal case had been opened regarding the above-mentioned fundraising and they were going to call me in for questioning as a witness. Not waiting for further developments, which in our reality could have gone in a negative scenario, I decided to leave the country as soon as possible.
Now I need help to relocate to Poland, where I can normally get legalized and find a job. I thank everyone for their solidarity!
