In May 2021, BYPOL announced the preparation of the Peramog plan to restore law and order in Belarus after Citizen Lukashenko illegally seized power in August 2020; in the past year, approximately 200,000 Belarusians have joined the plan via chatbot. A key element of the plan's readiness is to train Belarusians to conduct special operations.

35 000 € — The requested amount is necessary to cover part of the costs, consisting of renting training grounds, instructor fees, travel, food and accommodation for participants, purchase of consumables for training, equipment and special equipment.
