Interim results of BYSOL's internal investigation



BYSOL continues its internal investigation into reports of possible cases of sexualized behavior and abuse of power by Andrey Stryzhak.

To ensure objectivity, we consulted with external experts specializing in investigating cases of harassment, abuse of power, and sexual harassment. Based on these consultations, the internal investigation regulations were approved, which set out procedural principles, the procedure for collecting and verifying information, the roles of the parties, and the mechanism for interacting with victims.

From August 28, 2025, the commission will open the information collection stage. The commission will accept materials until September 11, 2025, from anyone who has information relevant to the situation under consideration. The Commission encourages choosing the most convenient way to provide information, it can be sent:

  • by email to BYSOL: [email protected] (only the organization's operations director has access)
  • through the information collection form for BYSOL employees (only the organization's operations director has access). Former BYSOL employees can access the form upon request via [email protected]

For the duration of the investigation, as previously reported, Andrei Stryzhak has been suspended from his leadership position and from performing representative functions on behalf of the organization.

The second interim report is scheduled to be published on September 25, 2025. BYSOL thanks everyone who shares information and helps establish the facts. On behalf of the Foundation, we express sympathy and support to the victims.
